Positive: obiekt wysokiej klasy fantastycznie wyposażony
Negative: druga łazienka była nieczynna gdyż nie została podłączona ani do prądu ani do wody. Przy 6 osobach korzystanie z jednej łazienki było wielkim utrudnieniem. Zarządca nie przysłał nikogo do naprawy a jego instrukcje były totalnie głupie i nierealne
